MaxWaxRepax Policies and Procedures from MaxWaxPax.com

MaxWaxRepax (MWRP) are custom repacks created from my Personal Collection (PC). Each MWRP page will contain scans of each card that will be individually repacked for sale to our MaxWaxPax.com customers. If you have never purchased a MWRP, I encourage you to please read through this entire page and, if you happen to have additional questions, please post them in the fields below.
What you can expect:
Customers who purchase a MWRP can expect to receive one of the cards pictured under that specific MWRP set.
Customers can purchase more than one MWRP. In fact, I will offer volume discount pricing from time to time.
Cards that are included in all MWRP sets are cards that have been personally opened by myself and my children. Most of the time these cards are opened during a live stream. When possible, live stream links will be provided in the description of the specific MWRP set.
Cards are treated with the utmost care during this entire process and I will do all I can to make sure that the cards are delivered to you in the same condition they were in while they were in my possession.
Customers are encouraged to look at all the scans of all the cards contained in each MWRP and mention any questions or concerns prior to purchasing a MWRP.
How this all works:
Customers can purchase up to the total number of available cards contained in any particular MWRP.
MWRPs will not be shipped out to any customer until we have completed our livestream opening.
There are absolutely no returns or refunds for any reason. Customers who attempt to dispute their purchase will be permanently banned from future business with MWP and I will fight your dispute with the full intention of winning.
Once all the MWRPs have been sold in the set, I will contact each customer via email and include the time and date that the livestream opening will take place.
Customers do not need to be present to win but we encourage all customers to be present when possible so that we can all enjoy the moment as a group.
Each MWRP sealed black mylar bag will be presented under our livestream for all of our viewers to see. The bags will then be numbered starting with one and ending with the final bag count. The numbers will be written in permanent marker on each bag so that all of our viewers can clearly read each one.
Using our Random.org paid account, I will upload the name of each person who purchased a MWRP in the set. Those names will then be placed online and, through the use of our paid Random.org account, the names will be randomly sorted into a new list.
Using our Randmon.org paid account, I will also upload a number list starting with the number one and ending on the number that coincides with the total number of cards included in the MWRP set. For example, if there are 265 cards in the MWRP, then I will upload 1, 2, 3...265 and have these numbers placed into a random order as well.
I will then take our list of names in the new order and place them into an excel spreadsheet and then place our list of numbers directly adjacent to the names. Customers who purchase more than one MWRP will see their names listed multiple times to match the quantity of MWRPs purchased.
Once all the names and numbers are listed, I will go down the list of names and open each bag that corresponds to the number listed beside the each name.
When the final MWRP has been opened live, I will end the feed and begin packing up the cards to ship to each customer.
Shipping and Insurance:
Even though the cards contained in the MWRP sets are not graded, I will be treating all cards as if they have a PSA 10 value. The purpose of doing this is to make sure that I provide each customer the chance to upgrade their shipping method and insurance if they wish.
Customers who wish to upgrade their shipping and insurance for their MWRP should make sure to contact me within 48 hours of the livestream.
Card Values and Assumptions:
While there may be times that I compare a card in a MWRP set to one that is professionally graded, this is only for potential value purposes and should NEVER be used to assume that the cards contained in a MWRP set will receive a particular professional grade. While I will always do my best to treat every card in a MWRP collection as though it is a perfect 10, that is my personal method for handling each card and should NEVER be seen as an attempt to provide any opinion of the card value or potential grade.
The scans that I provide are intended to allow each person the opportunity to zoom in and inspect each card contained in a MWRP set. If you are not satisfied with the scan, I recommend that you do not purchase any cards contained in that specific MWRP set. I will not rescan any cards unless an entire set, sheet, or potentially high-valued card has a flaw in the scan itself.

PROMOTION PERIOD:The SlabSpin® Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on August 1st, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on August 5th, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:Open to legal residents of the 50 United States 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, board members, advisory committee members, directors, officers, or agents of MaxWaxPax.com and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related are ineligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:There are two ways to enter:
1) Eligible individuals who make an online MaxWaxPax.com SlabSpin® Random Card Purchase on Sponsor’s website located at https://www.maxwaxpax.com, will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each card purchase. Total Sweepstakes Entries (purchased and mail-in) are limited to 1000 and will be awarded in the order they are received.
2) To enter without purchase, hand write the following on the front of a 4x6 card, your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth, on the back of the card, in 20 words or more, hand write a response to the following question “How winning the SlabSpin® Giveaway by MaxWaxPax.com would improve your quest to build a better personal collection”. Insert card in an envelope and mail to: MaxWaxPax.com SlabSpin Giveaway, 5546 Silent Timber Path Lane, Spring Texas 77386 (each envelope must be mailed individually) – MaxWaxPax.com mailing address must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between August 1st, 2022 and August 3rd, 2022, and received by August 5th, 2022. Earn one (1) entry per postcard. Total Sweepstakes Entries (purchased and mail-in) are limited to 1000 and will be awarded in the order they are received. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
DRAWING:A Spinning Wheel Random Generation Drawing ("SWRGD") will be conducted onAugust 6th 2022on or around 8:00PM CST, using independent and unaffiliated SWRGD third-party software. Names will be entered and verified prior to each drawing. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event that the total entries exceed 100, MaxWaxPax.com will evenly distribute the names on multiple Wheels. Wheels will be spun and the winners from each wheel will face off on a final wheel with all their entries being represented. (example: if we have 600 entries, we will split the entries into six wheels containing 100 entries each. The winners from each wheel will then come back to spin against each other only one time. Winners who move on to the final wheel will be represented with their full entry count)
LIVE VIEWING: SlabSpin® Giveaways will be aired live across our social platforms. Links to our social platforms and the live feeds will be provided below.
GRAND PRIZE: 1980 Topps Larry Bird, Julius Erving, Magic Johnson PSA 8 card valued at $5,000.00
PRIZE DETAILS:Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes, shipping, and shipping insurance fees. The Grand Prize will be placed on display during our live feed.
Failure to arrange for delivery within seven (7) business days from the live-feed date, will result in the forfeit of the Grand Prize. Forfeited Grand Prize will be placed back into Sponsors Grand Prize Vault. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
GENERAL RULES:Potential Winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or aboutAugust 8th, 2022. Potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility / Publicity and Liability Release, and W9 (where legal and where required) within 24-hours of notification attempt or Grand Prize will be forfeited. If any potential Grand Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state or province of residence, the prize will be forfeited. If the potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated Timeframe, the corresponding Winner will be disqualified, and the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Should the potential Winner (or any other alternate potential Winner) decide to decline the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and the Grand Prize will be placed back into Sponsor's Grand Prize Vault. Taxes related to the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a Grand Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a Grand Prize, Winner agrees to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability from any accident, loss or injury occurring from this promotion or in any way related to the Grand Prize or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a Grand Prize. INTERNET:Sponsors and any internet access or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, or damage to a user's computer system (hardware or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes. If Sponsor determines, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if any noncompliance with the rules has occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/ or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received in the applicable drawing pool as of the promotion end date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its end date, notice will be posted at www.maxwaxpax.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any online entries submitted by automated means, or third-party, will be disqualified. Entries will not be valid until received by Sponsor.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas located in the county of Walker for any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.
