ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, board members, advisory committee members, directors, officers, or agents of MaxWaxPax.com and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related are ineligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entering our promotional Give-A-Way is very easy. The following steps are mandatory:

Please note that drawings will be held weekly and we will randomly pick from one of our six social media profiles so registering with all six of them does increase your chances of being picked.

- You must register on our website (this one) so that we can verify the account and avoid having bots and duplicate entries. Winners will be matched against our registered users on the website and if there is no match, the winner will be disqualified.
Again, the more you follow and subscribe to, the better, so joining all six will be the best chances if your name is drawn. (which is explained below)
DRAWING: In order to be entered into our free give-a-ways, you will need to be a subscriber and/or follower of at least one of our six social media accounts listed above. Videos detailing our free drawings will be posted on both of our YouTube accounts and from there, they will be shared on Twitter and on Instagram. You will want to comment on each account with the hashtag clue that will be given in our weekly prize videos. For example, we will release a video on Monday which will detail the prize or prizes that will be given away that following Friday. The Monday video will also contain the hashtag word you will use. Make sure to comment on the video with that hashtag clue and you are automatically entered. Since we have six channels, you will be able to enter a total of six times (one per channel).
Friday drawings will consist of one live stream which will broadcast at a set time for all viewers. We will access the Monday post and search the comments using the website tool from pickawinner.co. Once all six names have been drawn, those six names will be entered into an online Spinning Wheel Random Generation Drawing (SWRGD) using independent and unaffiliated SWRGD third-party software. Names will be entered and verified prior to each drawing. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be the person whose name is selected by the SWRGD.
GRAND PRIZE: Prizes vary and will be posted in our Monday video and also on our WinFreeShit page.
PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes, shipping, and shipping insurance fees. The Grand Prize is guaranteed to be in good working condition and free from any defect. Grand Prize is provided “As Is” and does not come with any manufacturer or third-party warranty.
Failure to arrange for delivery within seven (7) days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value at any time during the duration of the Sweepstakes.
GENERAL RULES: Potential Winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, within 48-hours of drawing. Potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility /Publicity and Liability Release, and W9 (where legal and where required) within 24-hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner determined at random from among all eligible entries. If any potential Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state or province of residence, the prize will be awarded an alternate Winner. If the potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated Timeframe, the corresponding Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected. Should the potential Winner (or any other alternate potential Winner) decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential Winner, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected, if time permits. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, Winner agrees to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability from any accident, loss or injury occurring from this promotion or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize.
